When we came together as VML, we identified five core values — each representing a unique point of view contributing to our mission of creating connected brands. VML embodies these values. One value is not more important than another: It’s the collective that makes them — and VML — special.

The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) team at VML guides, celebrates, and promotes cultural literacy; increases employee engagement; recruits and retains a diverse workforce; and builds internal opportunities for people to learn and grow.

Our LGBTQ+ Network

The struggle for equality in the world and workplace has been going on for decades. While considerable progress has been made, many in the LGBTQ+ community still worry that revealing their true selves will have negative repercussions. The 'Proudly Said' podcast series features open and honest conversations that help educate people and build awareness about LGBTQ+ issues. The series highlights the stories of LGBTQ+ people within VML and from the communities our agency is involved.
